*Please note Private Access Bonfires and Miramar Beach Access Bonfires will require a convenience fee. Miramar Beach bonfires will reflect $30 more per package on your invoice. The Private Access convenience fee is $75 per package.

Important Info Regarding Booking Your BEach Bonfire:

All bonfires include set up and break down and will be set up 30 minutes prior to sunset unless scheduled. A $175 non-refundable deposit is included in your standard bonfire price (event package deposits vary based on permitting, but typically 50%). Once scheduled, changing your date will require a $125 new bonfire fee. Due to permitting, we operate at public beach accesses linked here. Therefore, space is limited and subject to change with county regulations and turtle nesting. Due to the limited nature of bonfire permits, please consider 2 access choices in the event that your preferred access is not available at purchasing time. If you are staying at beach front property or are the homeowner of beach front property, we will be able to operate on your beach front property with written homeowner (CLICK FOR FORM) consent and a convenience fee will apply. Please review our refund and cancelation policies here. Refunds do not include the deposit and any additional costs for permits. Full refunds will not be issued due to cost of permitting. Cancelation fee of $50 will apply to all refunds. This is included in the $175 depsit.

Have dinner by one of our partners. when you order directly through them.  Select an artisan charcuterie board, custom s'mores boxes, popular shrimp boil, mouth watering BBQ,  everyone's favorite taco bar, classic tailgate, and more. To meet county code requirements, only permitted beach vendors are allowed to deliver food to the parking lot. All other food deliveries to the beach will require a special event permit. Only permitted beach vendors will be able to obtain or be added to this permit. Therefore, we will only work with permitted beach vendors on all events. To have a chef and/or servers on the beach, a special event permit is required. Inquire for more details. Note: Our team is not allowed to handle any food per Walton County Code Compliance.

Beach Bonfire Booking process
Please review our booking process and time line below. 
Step 1. Use "Book Now" feature to schedule your bonfire or submit a request below. For events and private access fires, please use the contact form below. 
Step 2. After the bonfire purchase using the "book now" feature, we will confirm your bonfire appointment, package details, and secure the permit. If we have an conflicts with date, location, or permit, we will reach out within 24 hours to offer new options or a refund if we cannot accommodate. 
Step 3. Do nothing. We will purchase your permit once we are within 2 weeks of the bonfire date when permits go on sale. If your requested access is sold out, we will reach out or use your second choice. All beach bonfires must have a permit from SWFD. Bonfire permit fees are included in all bonfire prices. 
Step 5. On the day of your bonfire, we will send a confirmation text and email with details. Your bonfire location is listed on your invoice and in your appointment details. A list of accesses can be found under our "locations" tab. 
Step 6. Show up and Enjoy. Your attendant will meet you on the beach.

FOR BONFIRES:

Booking Times: We suggest starting 30 minutes  prior to sunset, however, we are flexible. All bonfires must end by  11pm to give our attendants enough time to clean the beach. 

Permits and Locations: Beach Bonfires require a bonfire permit that our team is responsible for obtaining from the county and SWFD. These permits are purchased within a 2 week window before the event. Walton County will not allow for bonfire permits to be purchased in advance without a Special Event Permit. We aim to purchase the bonfire permit for your desired location as soon as it is available, however,  these permits may be sold out and are based on availability through the county.  Please consider a first and second choice for your bonfire location and flexible dates to give us a better chance at getting your first choice.

 

Beach Rules:

1. NO glass on the beach: wine bottles, beer bottles, food containers, decor items, etc.. 

2. NO lights on the beach without speical event permit

3. NO exploding confetti or latex balloons are allowed at our bonfires due to the harmful nature to our beach environment. Please consider other options for your celebrations. 

4. NO floating lanterns or fireworks as they are unlawful in the state of Florida. 

5. Leave No Trace. Please help us leave the beach cleaner than we found it by picking up garbage and using the provided trash cans during your bonfire. 

6. No food vending on the beach or parking lot. 

 

FOR EVENTS:

 

Please note all events with 30 or more guests will require a Special Event Permit from the county in addition to the beach bonfire permit.​​ We are happy to help you with this. If you would like to add any vendors or are currently working with other vendors for food or event planning, please let us know. If you are looking for those options, we would love to assist in any way we can. For our event packages, gratuity of 18% will be added for the bonfire team. This applies to Premium Bonfire packages and bonfires requiring special event permits.
